Framework is giving some customers a RAM refund

In a "rare, positive update" amid the ongoing component shortage , Framework is lowering its RAM prices for some buyers of the Laptop 13 Pro - at least, for now. After multiple earlier price hikes, Framework found some cheaper LPCAMM2 memory and is partially refunding some Laptop 13 Pro preorder customers. Framework is giving some customers a RAM refund.
