Swiggy swaps retail platform Lynk for 3.2% Udaan stake
MUMBAI: Swiggy is selling its retail distribution platform Lynk Logistics to B2B e-commerce startup Udaan, the companies said on Monday. As part of the deal, which has been structured as a share-swap transaction, Swiggy will acquire a 2.8% stake in Udaan. Swiggy swaps retail platform Lynk for 3.2% Udaan stake.
