After Students' Deaths, Delhi LG Forms High‑Level Team to Tackle Accommodation
Days after students' deaths in Satya Niketan building collapse , Delhi LG TS Sandhu, on Thursday, constituted a 20-member high-powered committee to tackle the shortage of safe student accommodation in the national capital. The committee will submit its findings in 60 days. Delhi's education minister will chair the committee, with the Chief Secretary, Delhi Police Commissioner, and heads of the NDMC, MCD, and DDA among other members.
